What Is Congruence and Why Is It Different?

The Congruence App is an easy-to-use, evidence-based, self-coaching toolbox designed to help you create new mindsets so you can overcome obstacles, regulate emotions, summon courage and motivation, make informed and confident choices, and socialize with ease.

Congruence, created with teen input, uses interactive audio coaching activities that allow you to discover your own solutions to issues, uncover strengths, and create insights. Your sessions are recorded so you can revisit your learning experience, creating a journal of your growth and change. Theres no typing or reading so you dont have to focus on your phone - its all voice-activated audio.

Self-efficacy leads to agency and self-respect, which are key components to a successful and well-lived life.
